In 2014, I joined the team at Everlane to establish and build community around the brand in New York City — Everlane’s largest market. Using frequent, small-scale evening events based out of the SoHo showroom as a key platform for offline interaction between Everlane's customers and the brand, I hosted monthly talks, workshops, and happy hours to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Each month, customers were invited to an evening with a different guest speaker, ranging from the likes of founder Amy Woodside of online magazine OKREAL, cook and food writer Alison Roman, and restaurant owners Sabrina DeSousa and Alissa Wagner of Dimes.
